Steps to Admissions

A Note about Admittance to Cathedral Oak Academy

Space is only one factor in determining if a family or student is a good fit for COA.  When reviewing applications that are submitted, please be patient, as the process is one which we undertake with the utmost care and deliberation. Ultimately, it is beholden on us to build and protect a unique community of thriving students, and we must therefore exercise our discretion in denying or accepting an applicant. We do not take our educational partnerships with families lightly, and our experience has taught us that COA is not a good fit for every family, and admitting such students is counterproductive for all parties involved.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

The policy of Cathedral Oak Academy is to practice equal opportunity without regard to an individual’s race, color, national origin, sex, or age in application of any policy, practice, rule, or regulation. Functioning as a nonprofit religious entity, we can and do discriminate on the basis of religion as permitted under Title VII of the federal Civil Rights Act of 1964.

This school is committed to maintaining a work environment in which all individuals treat each other with dignity and respect, which is free from all forms of intimidation, exploitation, and harassment. This school is prepared to take action to prevent and correct any violations of this policy. Anyone who violates this policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
