Basketball

We have a 6th-12th grade boys’ basketball team that competes with various teams in the area.

Jump Rope

Many of our students participate in Salem Jump Rope, which is a jump rope performance team led by Coach Carroll, our lower school PE teacher! Combining athleticism, rhythm, and creativity, they showcase our skills at a variety of events—from local parades and school assemblies to halftime shows, including performances at Wake Forest University. The team is all about teamwork, perseverance, and inspiring others through the sport of jump rope. Click here to learn more.

Cross Country

Our middle and high school students participate in various local meets. 

Swimming

Many students are part of the swim team and hold meets with local teams in the area.  

Volleyball

During volleyball season, COA students can join a local volleyball club called the Guardians.  As the school and interest grows in this sport, we hope to have our own team in the future.
